Helen Vonderheide is an Elite Certified Akashic Records Teacher and Practitioner. Prior to discovering the Akashic Records, Helen was in tv and film production. Akasha is a Sanskrit word and means Primary substance, that out of which all things are formed. The Akashic Records are said to contain the vibrational record of each individual soul and its journey. With clients, Helen facilitates exploring one’s own records and she is also teaching people how to do this for themselves.
