At 11 years old I became aware that I wanted to be nice. At 18 years old I attended my first yoga class. At 20 I moved to West Africa. My journey into a healing and bodywork career has also led me through Eastern philosophy and medicine, and a degree from Columbia University in New York. I studied Massage Therapy at the Institute for Psycho-Structural Balancing (IPSB) in Culver City, CA, and continue to train in Craniosacral Therapy with Hugh Milne via the Milne Institute. I recently began offering integrative therapy modalities in the Neurology/Neuroscience Unit at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. My work is rooted in the principles of Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates, and Massage. I can lead you in a Meditation or Guided Visualization, or we can do an hour of bodywork on the table. We will explore breathwork, as everything rides on the breath. I can also offer essential oils to support the limbic and immune systems.
